Cooking for my family is one of my favorite ways to show them how much I care for them and I much I love to take care of them!
Over the past few years we have dealt with a variety of food issues ranging from food allergies (both dairy and gluten) to general health issues that required us to omit certain food groups for a time being.
We have done a lot of research and have changed some of our favorite recipes in order to meet the needs of our family. From time to time, we seem to create something that I feel is worth sharing, and so I have posted some of those recipes here. If the entire recipe has been taken from another source, there will be a link to the original source somewhere in the post. Most of the recipes, however, have come about from us combining and tweaking a variety of recipes in order to come up with one that works for

Overwhelmed doesn’t even begin to describe how we felt when we first started testing out new diets in order to improve the health of our family! But after two years of researching and testing what works for us, I can tell you that it does get easier and less overwhelming.
